David Cook-Light On
Kelly Clarkson-Behind These Hazel Eyes
Avril Lavigne-When You're Gone
Lotsa mainstream songs huh.
I wanna go to the Kaiser Chiefs concert so badly. They'll probably never come again. Coldplay's too expensive.
My laptop is undergoing repair now. Which explains why I don't go on MSN as much anymore or blog as often. Kinda forgot what I wanted to blog about over the past few days. I don't like using Macbook Pro to blog, so I shan't type too much. The keyboard is much nicer than the Macbook though. The keys are a lot easier to press. But my dad doesn't take care of his Macbook Pro. Try having a laptop with 10 mins battery life. With 98% of battery, it runs out within 10 minutes. I doubted it when my dad told me that, but then I used it for 5 mins and the screen went black due to no batt. Lol.
Bio Test today was okay, how bad can it be when you practically know all the questions right? Hopefully I'll do well though. I barely had enough time to finish the test. Though I don't know how I can compete with people like Jia Long who study the Saunders book (i.e. the physiology book they use in NUS Medicine).
Choir's taking up my time. Choir today. Choir tomorrow from 1.30-6. Choir on Sat at Hwa Chong. Choir on Sunday at Living Water Methodist Church (i.e. in school). Bleargh. Hopefully I can don't go for the Sunday thing. Haven't gone to church for the past 2 weeks due to being sick. Didn't go to school yesterday, but then again, it was X-Country. I've never been to the event for both years I'm gonna be in the school. Lol. All the guys went. Even Sam and Lloyd! But out of the girls, only Sharry, Wee Kee and Mari went.
Today we got these huge scholarship booklets/newspapers, I'm so psyched that there's a scholarship from the National Arts Council for Arts Management! And I really gave a convincing argument to my mum on the way home from school about doing it. Hopefully I can go overseas somewhere. Though I don't know which universities are good for Arts Management. I don't want to go to UK though. My dream school is still Berklee College though. Its very far off though. A degree in music business? Highly impractical in Singapore and at this point of time with the economic crisis and all.
Turns out that I'm blogging quite a lot after all. Shall put a to-do list for myself here in case I forget what I have to do.
1. Mock IOC presentation on King Lear Extract 3
2. Read King Lear
3. History readings (I give up on Jack Gray for the moment)
4. Bio Prac 32 (the crazy one with 12 tables)
5. Math Worksheets 11-14 (leave it till next week when Desmond's not coming for lessons)
6. Geog IA 1st draft (so far nothing done at all. Due in Week 10)
7. World Lit first draft
8. Upcoming Math Portfolio
9. Sign CAS forms (The Promise, Volunteering at the Vet)
Argh.
Then again, something to cheer me up. I'm not the only one doing a Geog + Hist combination. Darren from .15 does SL Geog and HL Hist. Another guy from .10 too. And he's from HL 1 Hist, Darren's from HL 2, I'm from HL 3. Lol. But I'm still the random person who does HL Bio too. Bio=Bane of my existence. Yuck.
Slumdog Millionaire tomorrow after Choir. =)
